To ensure that the corporate activities are carried out in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023, our Group has adopted a new Whistleblowing Reporting System.

Reporting is an act of manifestation of civic sense, and a gesture of care towards the public interest or corporate integrity, that allows contributing to the disclosure or prevention of wrongdoing within the organisation, involving all staff and stakeholders in order to fight against offences, through active and responsible participation.

Our Whistleblowing Procedure contains all the operational indications on the subject, content, recipients, and modalities for the transmission of reports, as well as all the protective measures granted to the whistleblower, and the people involved in the report.

You can file a report from anywhere, and at any time, by using an online platform implemented by our Group, which you can access from your computer, tablet or smartphone with the link or QR code below.

The platform allows confidential reporting, ensuring high standards of security and data protection both for the whistleblower, and all the people involved in the reporting.
